Yes. Points will expire 1 year from your anniversary date (the date you qualified for the current level of your Sunnystep membership).
After registering a new account, you have 12 months to earn points to reach the next level. Upon reaching a new level, you will have another 12 months from the date that you reached that level to earn points to maintain your membership at that level or to progress to the next level.
This means that if you've just created a new account, you have one year to earn 2000 points to reach Gold level.
Once you hit Gold level, you will have one year from that date (your anniversary date) to earn 2000 points to maintain your Gold level. If you earn less than 2000 points, you'll start the new year as a Bronze level member. Points get refreshed annually and will not be brought forward.
Once you qualify for Gold level, you will be at that level for a full year from the date you qualified - this will be your anniversary date. You will then have one year from your anniversary date to earn 2000 points in order to extend your Gold level membership for another year.
If you do not earn 2000 points in one year, you will start your new year at Bronze level. Points are refreshed and reset every year and will not be brought forward.
Go to Sunnystep Website → Click on Profile Page icon at the upper right corner → Click on Member tab.
Under Referrals, copy your referral code or referral link and share with your family & friends so they can register and receive the RM20 coupon from you.
After your friend has made their first purchase, you will automatically receive a RM20 coupon in your email.

This coupon can used for orders of RM300.00 and above. Valid for a year.
A RM20 coupon will be automatically added into your account once you successfully register via the referral link / referral code online or provide your referrer's details in-store.

Sign in with the referral link that your friend has shared with you

Use their referral code to register. Go to Sunnystep website → Registration page → Key in your email and password and also the Referal Code that your friend has shared with you.
At payment, our retail staff will create a new account for you. Kindly provide either inviter's email address or phone number to our retail staff. You will be able to use the RM20 referral discount immediately.
